Update on the stupidity of European voters, naked babys and lamb leg roast...

G´day,

And a special welcome to my congregation, Hi Emily, Josara, Julia, Cord, Andrew, Scott and Bill. And "Happy birthday!" to my friend Otto also via my blog as I know you read it...

So first off another bitching session on the stupidity of European voters, featuring Austria and Holland, Italy and the eastern European countries. The results of the election show that Europe on a whole voted conservative or green or right extremists and anti-european.

Austria: well Adolf Hitler came from there and they are located between Bavaria (most conservative country in Germany) and Italy (mafia infested, deeply catholic and still fascistic and/or communistic country). 30% of the voters voted far right. Questions? An old joke: Why do Austrians have 48 bones more than the rest of humanity? The brain works half-mechanical...

Holland: once famous for being an oasis of tolerance and freedom of the individual Holland drifts to the right end of the political spectre since approx 15 years. A new right wing party reached 17%.

Italy: Silvio Belusconi´s candidates for the European parliarment were a model and a TV-presenter who had no idea of politics but had good looks and big tits. Apparently it worked, his party got the most votes...

Eastern Europe: the countries who had to struggle for finally getting Democracy were the ones with the least voter participation (approx 20%!!!). As I said yesterday...you could laugh if it wasn´t that tragic...

Ah...btw...this is a pic of a poster of one of the shows we had with my old band (yes I was in a band). Still hanging on Gaby´s front door...
And while I was at Gaby´s I had the pleasure to witness the immens fun of Frauke getting a bath. And as she´s my favorite "object" to take photos of...here they are...and Frauke does -even though she´s completly in the nude- decent poses so I have no issues to post this pics...

I became aware that the cookery department of this blog did suffer in the recent past, so today a recipe on lamb leg roast "native" style. You need a lamb leg, Mountain pepper, Salt bush, Sea Parsley, Wattleseed and garlic.
Cut the garlic in large pieces
with a sharp knive poke holes into the roast and insert garlic pieces
rub the roast with Mountain pepper, Sea parsley and Salt bush
Heat oil in the frying pan and sear roast from all sides to seal the pores
put in the oven for 2,5 hours at 100 degrees
then pore the liquid in a pot and wrap the roast in alu foil for another 5 min
Use the roast liquid, a quarter glass of red wine, Wattleseed and flour to make a decent sauce
And voila! Success...

Ok...that´s all for today...look forward to my blog entry on my grave-yard shift (including pics) I´ll post tomorrow...take care, have fun and cya
